All About the Good Times!
The Georgia Region of NSTRA was established in 1990 and has been going strong ever since. We are a close-knit community of bird hunters who host field trials at venues across the state — competitive events held in a welcoming environment that the entire family can enjoy.

A dog with less than 7 open points. There is no maximum age on Amatuer Dogs.

A dog that has earned at least 7 open points.

New members can have an experienced handler walk with them for 8 Braces in Weekend Trials, the mentor can be a gunner if needed. Only 6 people are allowed on the field at a time.

Everyone is welcome and encouraged to clean fields before a trial starts. This is essential if there has been practice, or a trial the day before. Field cleaning is also available at the end of the day if daylight permits.

Fill out the official registration forms, and send them to the Trial Chairmen, The forms can be sent by Mail, Email, or Electronic Registration if Available. Brace fees can be paid at the trail. Please remember if your dog is drawn in the trail you owe for the brace fees. If scheduling conflicts come up or your dog goes into heat, please notify the trial chairmen as soon as possible.
